Buon Natale! Merry Christmas! Italians rarely do things by halves and Christmas is no exception. To celebrate the famous spirit of 'un Natale italiano', Cantina del Ponte is offering a special Christmas menu which will transport you to a bustling piazza without ever having to leave Butlers Wharf. Groups of over nine guests can choose from a host of festive dishes; from warm goat's cheese salad with apple jam to roasted sea bass with cime di rape & tomato and grilled filet of beef with savoy cabbage & chestnuts. A special three course meal is priced at £32.50 per person. For smaller Christmas parties our a la carte menu will be available. Il Capodanno' New Year at Cantina del Ponte Cantina is also offering a sumptuous feast to celebrate the festival of San Silvestro or, as we call it, New Year's Eve. As with most Italian festivals food plays a major role and we are offering a sumptuous 3 course dinner priced at £49.50 per person, or £39.50 for an early dinner between 6.00 and 7.30pm. The menu includes dishes such as poached salmon with herb salad & pink peppercorn dressing and venison loin with pumpkin puree & roasted parsnip.
